Show concern to people with HIV/AIDS and their families. Through information dissemination about the disease and other sexually related ones, and to contribute towards their decrease in incidence and occurrence. Help in the fight against drug and child abuse and to build-up or strengthen LACEM resource capabilities.

As an NGO, believes in the principles of cooperation and self-help committed to uplift the welfare, condition of members in the entertainment industry, capable and effective in delivering programs and services for the benefit of its target clienteles, establish cooperation among local and international agencies.

Uplift standard of living through good shelter, having 3 meals a day, children can go to school, not down graded by the community with sufficient income. Establish coordination with POS, NGOS GOS and promote wholesome relationship. Enhance awareness and capabilities to uplift socio-economic conditions and protect electoral rights of the entertainers, floor managers, and other workers in the entertainment industry.
